This post is an example of a theme photoshoot that was given as a birthday gift. The Japanese subject had a beautiful wedding Kimono to wear for the photoshoot. Everyone had fun and the family came away with amazing images of their mother to cherish.
Studio Setup
This was an on-location session with a 6-light setup.
Full-length Portrait
A clean background eliminates distractions and draws attention to the subject and her kimono.
Note: It takes a fully equipped studio to produce a high-quality, full-length portrait.

This sitting pose was created using props available at the families’ home. The props add additional context and interest to the portrait.

This image was created by replacing the white background with an outdoor picture that fits the mode.
